Welcome to Mrs. Carroll's and Mrs. Gwin's Kindergarten Class! This year we are starting out with 24 students! There are fourteen girls and ten boys! We will learn lots about letters and words, and will work hard to become writers in our special Kindergarten journals. We will also practice and learn about numbers, and use our math thinking to work on all kinds of problem solving. We will enjoy a daily Center time at the end of each day when we will get a chance to practice our skills in Reading, Writing and Math, as well as the themes we are studying in Social Studies and Science. Throughout our days, we will learn how to work together, get along, and talk through any problems which may come along! We will soon become a strong team of Kindergartners!
